We investigate problems worth solving, then build what comes next.

ArqaOne works across advisory, research, data, and software: making sense of complex problems, building the systems those problems actually require, and developing products where the opportunity justifies one.

Illustrative view of a diagnostic deliverable.

01

Advise. Analyze. Build.

Problems rarely arrive labelled. They show up as a process that keeps breaking, a number nobody trusts, or a decision that keeps getting deferred. The useful answer is rarely contained by one discipline.

Advise

Judgment is the deliverable.

  • Business and operational strategy
  • Organizational and process design
  • People systems, HR operations, and compliance
  • Technology decisions and implementation strategy

Analyze

Evidence before recommendations.

  • Market and industry research
  • Operational and workflow analysis
  • Data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
  • Feasibility studies and benchmarking

Build

For when advice alone is not enough.

  • Data systems, pipelines, and dashboards
  • Automation and systems integration
  • Internal tools and custom applications
  • Software platforms and implementation
The fourth layer

Ventures

When a recurring problem deserves its own product or business, ArqaOne can develop or participate in the venture directly rather than handing the insight back and walking away. The layer holds one product today and is built to hold more, in whatever industry the work leads us to.

02
CaseLogsby ArqaOne

ArqaOne encountered fragmented case-management workflows through direct operating experience, investigated whether the problem extended beyond one organization, and built CaseLogs for it. The clearest example of the venture layer working as intended.

  • Billing unit automation. Reconciled before the month closes.
  • Structured case notes. One record per client, not one folder per staff member.
  • Milestone tracking. Documentation deadlines surfaced before they are late.
  • HIPAA-ready access controls. Role-scoped records and full audit trails.
  • Built for the programs it serves. CADI, DD, BI, EW, and Rule 185.

CaseLogs runs its own product site, pricing, and roadmap. Future products and partner ventures will appear here as they reach the same standard of evidence.

Insights.

Research is how we decide what is worth building, not a lead magnet. We publish when the work turns up something specific. No content calendar, no gating.

About ArqaOne.

ArqaOne was founded to create one institutional home for work that crosses the usual lines between business operations, research, people systems, data, and technology.

Most firms sit on one side of that line and hand you off at the boundary. ArqaOne stays with a problem through to whatever it actually requires, including building the thing and owning it afterwards. Specialist engineers, counsel, and designers join as engagements require.

Abdulkadir Mohamed, Founder and Principal of ArqaOne

Abdulkadir Mohamed SHRM-CP

Founder & Principal Consultant

MA, Human Resources & Industrial RelationsSHRM - Certified HR Professional

Abdulkadir’s background runs across people operations, systems implementation, and analytics: the combination that gives ArqaOne its shape. At Intel he redesigned discipline and performance management in Workday, supported a global recruiter through Workday job redesign, and trained HR partners across five countries on the processes that resulted. He also built automated data collection and analytics dashboards across Qualtrics, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps.

More recently he built the HR and operations function for a Minnesota services organization as it grew from 40 to over 100 employees, consolidating multiple payroll and HR platforms into one system and standing up the workforce reporting leadership now uses to make growth decisions. That work is also where the problem behind CaseLogs first surfaced.

Have something worth working through?

A business problem, a project, a product idea, or a partnership. If ArqaOne is not the right counterpart for it, we will say so early rather than scope our way into it.
